Health & Safety

Our Company Health & Safety policies are regularly updated. All events shall be presented in accordance with applicable public health conditions as of the date of the event and which may change at any time as determined by federal, state or local government agencies or instrumentalities, artists or the promoter; such requirements may include, without limitation, changes to capacity, attendance procedures and entry requirements, such as proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, and other protective measures such as requiring attendees to wear face coverings. If any ticket holder does not comply with any laws, mandates, health orders or directives, promoter or event terms, conditions or rules, then the promoter or event operator may refuse admission to the event or require the ticket holder to leave the venue and such ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund.

What are your latest requirements for entry?

Our venue health and safety requirements for entry follow all applicable local mandates. Our current main requirement for entry is a valid event ticket. However, please note that certain shows may require masks to be worn, proof of a negative COVID-19 test, or proof of full COVID-19 vaccination for entry at the request of the artist and/or tour management. If applicable, these requirements will be listed on the event page on AXS.com. Please review the AXS Purchaser Agreement and the information below if you are attending a show that has any entry requirements.

COVID-19 WARNING

COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. There is an inherent and elevated risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public place or place where people are present and there is no guarantee, express or implied, that those attending events at our venue will not be exposed to COVID-19.

ATTENDEE PROMISE & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

All attendees agree to follow venue policies (including health and safety policies) and posted instructions while at the venue. According to the CDC, older adults and people of all ages with serious underlying medical conditions may be at higher risk of death or severe illness from COVID-19. All attendees should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend the event. By entering the venue, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and confirm that they will adhere to local quarantine mandates and the CDC quarantine requirements, available here.

IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A SHOW WITH ENTRY REQUIREMENTS, READ MORE:

What qualifies as “fully vaccinated”?

We consider fully vaccinated to be two weeks after the second dose of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two weeks past a single Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

What kind of tests will be accepted?

A negative COVID-19 test result (molecular, PCR or antigen) that was administered by an official testing center. Test results must dated no more than 72 hours prior to entry (or such shorter period as requested by the artist/tour management). Home testing kit results will not be accepted for entry.

I have tickets to a show that’s coming up quickly…what if I don’t have time to get a test?

If you’re attending a show that requires a negative test and you’re unable to get a test within the requisite time period, you can put your tickets up for resale. Click here for more info.

How do I show proof of vaccination and/or negative test when I arrive?

Acceptable documentation may be a physical copy of a COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card or negative test, a digital copy of such card or such other proof as is permitted locally.

What if I forget my proof of vaccination or negative test result?

You won’t get in. So please don’t.

What if I have a medical condition or religious belief that exempts me from getting vaccinated?

You will be required to provide a negative COVID-19 test result, taken within 72 hours of the event. Please refer to “What type of tests will be accepted?” above to make sure you have taken the proper test.

What about attendees under the age of 12?

Children between the ages of 5-11 may either show proof of full vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event (or such shorter period as requested by the artist/tour management). Children under the age of 5 (who are not eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine) must show proof of a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of the event.

Will I still have to wear a mask?

While not required by law, we are STRONGLY ENCOURAGING you to continue wearing a mask at our events.
